HRIFIN provides payment processing and account resolution services on behalf of its clients. We facilitate the processing of payments related to outstanding account balances. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to payment facilitation and account resolution support.
3. Payment Processing
All payments submitted through our portal are processed securely. By submitting a payment, you authorize HRIFIN to process the specified amount from your designated payment method. Payments are applied to your account as directed by our client. HRIFIN is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Communications Consent
By providing your contact information and engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that HRIFIN may contact you via SMS text message, email, phone call, or mail in connection with your account. All communications will comply with applicable federal and state laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act. You may opt out of any communication channel at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Account Access and Security
Access to your customer portal requires an access code provided to you in connection with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code. HRIFIN is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you believe your access has been compromised, contact us immediately.
6. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when interacting with HRIFIN. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services and may subject you to legal liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HRIFIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to payment processing errors, service interruptions, or unauthorized access resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.

All content on our website and in our communications, including text, logos, and design elements, is the property of HRIFIN or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
