Consumer Opt-In & Communications Consent

1. Purpose of This Document
This Opt-In and Communications Consent document explains how HRI Financial Services (HRIFIN) obtains your consent to contact you via SMS text message, email, telephone, and mail, and describes your rights regarding those communications. HRIFIN is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable state regulations.
2. SMS / Text Message Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to HRIFIN or to any party who subsequently placed your account with HRIFIN, and by not opting out of SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from HRIFIN at the mobile number provided. These messages may include account notifications, payment reminders, payment confirmations, and other account-related communications.
Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HRIFIN does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at admin@hrigroup.co.
3. Email Consent
By providing your email address to HRIFIN or to any party who subsequently placed your account with HRIFIN, you consent to receive email communications from HRIFIN regarding your account, including payment notices, account statements, and other relevant correspondence.
To opt out of email communications, click the unsubscribe link included in any email we send, or contact us directly at admin@hrigroup.co. Opt-out requests will be processed within 10 business days.
4. Telephone Consent
By providing your telephone number, you consent to receive calls from HRIFIN at that number, which may include calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of any purchase or service.
To revoke telephone consent, notify us in writing at our address below or via email at admin@hrigroup.co. We will honor all revocation requests promptly.
5. Mail Consent
By providing a mailing address, you consent to receive written correspondence from HRIFIN at that address regarding your account. To opt out of mail communications, please contact us at the information provided below.
6. How Consent Was Obtained
Your consent to receive communications from HRIFIN may have been obtained through one or more of the following: (a) a prior business relationship with one of our clients; (b) a written or electronic agreement you entered into with a creditor or service provider; (c) a verbal agreement provided during a recorded phone call; or (d) direct submission of your contact information through our website or payment portal.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to opt out of any or all forms of communication from HRIFIN at any time. Opting out does not eliminate any underlying account obligation but does mean we will limit or cease contacting you through the specified channel. Certain legally required communications may still be sent regardless of opt-out status as permitted by law.
8. Record Keeping
HRIFIN maintains records of all consent obtained and opt-out requests received in accordance with applicable law. These records are available upon request to the extent required by law.
